ABOUT DOOGANS CHOPHOUSE
Our founders, Taylor and Dalton, share a deep passion for animal health and well-being. With a combined total of 30 years in the pet industry, they bring a wealth of experience and dedication to their work. Taylor is a certified canine and feline nutritionist who is currently furthering her expertise by studying to become a clinical nutritionist. Dalton is hands-on in every aspect of our operation and shares Taylor's belief that well-balanced diets are crucial for pets' health, happiness, and longevity.
Taylor and Dalton first started out working in training and canine behavior. They then expanded their expertise by opening a full facility offering boarding, grooming, daycare, and training services. Their commitment to helping animals led them to start a non-profit organization that trains and places service dogs with veterans and first responders in need of assistance. Their journey has now brought them to focus on pet nutrition, which they believe is the most important factor for a long, healthy life for animals.
Doogan's Chophouse was created to ensure pets receive the best nutrition possible, leading to better health and a longer lifespan. Unlike other pet food providers, we tailor our recipes to meet the unique needs of each individual dog, rejecting the one-size-fits-all approach. THERE ARE SO MANY FRESH FOOD COMPANIES TO CHOOSE FROM. WHY SHOULD I FEED DOOGAN'S TO MY DOG?
Our motives are to make animals healthier. End of story. Having used numerous brands of fresh dog food for our own dogs, we always found they were poorly made, made our dogs sick, and felt that all dogs had to fit a specific mold. We paid for fresh ingredients so that our dogs would experience less weight gain from empty calories, healthier meal options than kibble and less “man made” interference. We were never able to find that so we were forced to create it! We use as many fresh, human grade ingredients as possible to balance our recipes and only add the minimum supplementation needed to appease the AAFCO guidelines so that we may sell our products to the public. Higher proteins, less fat and lower carbs than our competitors. We stand by our food and know that it can make a difference in the lives of our clients. Dogs that once needed to have gland expression on a monthly basis no longer need it at all. Clients that were overweight or even obese have naturally lost weight and become more healthy without having to starve them. Poor skin and coat issues resolved, picky eaters are a thing of the past!

WHICH PACKAGE STYLE IS RIGHT FOR ME?
Doogan's has two options for packaging. Vacuum sealed single use bags or resealable containers, both are BPA free. Clients with small dogs or who use our food as a topper would benefit from the container. Clients with larger dogs or who have limited freezer space would benefit from the bag.
HOW DO I PROPERLY SWITCH MY DOG FROM THE CURRENT FOOD TO DOOGAN'S?
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
If an order arrives damaged or spoiled we will replace the entire order at no cost. At this time, we do not offer refunds if your dog has a preference change. We suggest taking advantage of the free sample packs to ensure your pet will enjoy it before ordering.
